Your email or telephone call will be responded to within twenty four hours during the working week or on Monday where your message is left between Friday and Sunday. If you wish, you are welcome to make a preliminary appointment where you can meet with a psychotherapist or group therapist for 30 minutes to discuss any questions and concerns you might have and to choose the most appropriate form of therapy for you. There is a nominal charge made for this service.
